一、定义与解释

本博客：指由华晨光备案、华曦博实际运营的 XiaoYu Blog 网站（下称“本站”）。
用户：注册、登录或浏览本站的自然人。
运营方：指实际运营者华曦博，以及备案主体华晨光。
不可抗力：包括自然灾害、战争、政府行为、网络攻击、电力故障、服务中断等。

二、账号注册与管理

目前必须使用电子邮箱注册，未来可能增加手机号码验证（可选）及第三方账号登录（可选）。新增功能时会另行通知并获取您的同意。
您有责任保管密码及两步验证（MFA）信息。因您个人泄露造成的损失，我们不承担责任。
您可以通过邮箱 xiaoyu_admin@tdmc.top 申请注销账号，我们将在15个工作日内处理并删除或匿名化您的数据（法定留存除外）。

三、用户行为规范

您承诺遵守中华人民共和国法律及国际通行规则，并禁止：

发布违法、侵权、虚假、淫秽、暴力或危害国家安全的内容；
侵犯他人知识产权、隐私权、名誉权等合法权益；
干扰本站运行（如爬虫、攻击、反向工程）；
未授权商业推广、垃圾信息、非法收集用户数据。

违反上述规定，我们有权删除内容、限制或永久封禁账号，并保留向执法机构报告的权利。

四、知识产权

本站原创内容（文字、图片、代码、设计）的知识产权归运营方或原权利人所有。用户发表的评论、投稿等，著作权归用户本人，但您授予我们一项全球范围内免费的、非独占的使用许可（用于展示与分发）。未经许可，禁止转载或商业使用本站内容。

五、免责与责任限制

1. Definitions

Blog: XiaoYu Blog, registered by Chenguang Hua and operated by Xibo Hua.
User: Anyone accessing or using the Blog.
Operator: Xibo Hua (actual operator) and Chenguang Hua (filing holder).
Force Majeure: Natural disasters, wars, government actions, cyberattacks, service interruptions, etc.

2. Account Registration and Security

Registration currently requires a valid email address. Optional features like phone number verification or third-party login may be introduced with your explicit consent.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and MFA codes. We are not liable for losses caused by your failure to protect your credentials.
To delete your account, email xiaoyu_admin@tdmc.top. We will process your request within 15 business days and delete/anonymize your data, except where retention is legally required.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and not to:

Post illegal, infringing, defamatory, obscene, violent, or hateful content;
Violate intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
Interfere with the Blog’s operation (hacking, scraping, malware);
Conduct unauthorized commercial activities or data collection.

We may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and report violations to law enforcement.

4. Intellectual Property

All original content (text, images, code, design) belongs to the Operator or licensors. User-generated comments and posts remain your property, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to display and distribute them. Reproduction or commercial use without permission is prohibited.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Blog is provided “as is” for informational purposes. We make no warranties.
We are not liable for service interruptions or data loss caused by force majeure, third-party failures, or cyberattacks.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed any fees you paid us in the past 12 months (if any).

6. Third-Party Links

We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of linked third-party sites.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your violation of this Agreement or misuse of the Blog.

8. Service Modifications and Termination

We may modify or discontinue services with notice. We may terminate access for breach. Provisions on IP and disclaimers survive termination.

9. Entire Agreement

This Agreement and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement, superseding any prior understanding.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes shall first be resolved amicably; if no resolution is reached, the courts of the Operator’s domicile shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
